I'm a Product Manager and Product Designer. I've spent 10+ years in product design and 5+ as a Product Manager, taking products from concept to commercialization. I decide what to build and why, and I design it.
Currently
Product Manager at Boomdevs.
Previously
Lead Product Designer & Product Manager at BYSL Global Technology Group.
Most teams split these between two people. I do both, so ideas get tested before engineering commits.
I turn a messy problem into a clear plan the team can ship against, and make the calls on what goes first and what waits.
I make ideas concrete early, with flows people can click through.
Selected results from each role. The full stories are in the case studies.
Product Owner for US, UK and Thailand clients, leading a team of 4–5. Grew custom booking software built for Rooftop Saunas into Find Your Calm, a marketplace launched in August 2025 and now live with 17 UK operators. Mark Andrews Creative runs at $1M+ annual revenue.
Owned SmartPeople end-to-end and formally led a team of 6. E-commerce conversion rose from 11% to 16% in 90 days. A 120+ component design system cut handoff rounds from 3 to 1 and engineering-reported UI defects by ~60%.
Rebuilt checkout from funnel analysis, exit surveys (n=180) and session recordings, validated by A/B testing. Weekly active users rose 20% across two product lines.
The checkout rebuild also lifted 30-day retention by 10%, and multi-channel inventory management went from 9 steps to 4.
Paid UI and product design work for small businesses before joining Fixzella.
A shipped 80% beats a perfect 100% that never leaves the roadmap. Launch, measure, then fix what users show you is broken.
The loudest voice in the room is rarely the user's. I test early, so decisions are cheap to make and easy to defend.
Every roadmap is a list of trade-offs. I write down what we're not doing and why, so the team can move without re-arguing it.
If the product doesn't work for everyone who needs it, it isn't done.
The tools I use to plan, design and measure.
Engineering taught me to see products as systems of connected parts.
