United States

All-in-one team management SaaS replacing Hubstaff, BambooHR and DocuSign. I sequenced it (time tracking first, then HR and e-signature), and it's now live with 900+ companies and 25,000+ users.

Problem
Replacing three tools at once with a four-person team.
Decision
Ship time tracking completely first, then HR and e-signature, with a multi-tier approval engine and roster conflicts caught at creation.
Trade-off
The all-in-one promise was incomplete at launch.

LeanDeck
United States

Product Manager on an AI platform for proposals, agreements and invoices. I owned the billing and document journey, wrote and tested the prompts, and defined how AI output is evaluated.

Problem
Generative AI could draft every document, but agreements and invoices are financially binding.
Decision
AI drafts proposals and agreements only. Invoicing follows fixed rules, and users can accept, edit or override any AI output without losing context.
Trade-off
Less automation speed for more reviewability: a plausible-but-wrong invoice is worse than a slow one.

Find Your Calm
United Kingdom

Rooftop Saunas asked for booking software that could one day be sold to other businesses. I owned how it became a platform (which features every operator shares and which each operator sets up) and designed the pricing model, approved by the client: a free marketplace listing that brings in new operators, plus booking software priced by the revenue each operator manages. Launched August 2025; now live with 17 UK operators.

Problem
The platform needed recurring revenue in addition to one-off guest bookings.
Decision
Put memberships, packs and gift cards ahead of guest booking, and moved the offer out of post-checkout into the booking journey itself.
Trade-off
Accepted lower first-time conversion in exchange for subscription revenue and knowing who the customer is on every transaction.

Turned a one-sentence brief into the full product spec for a platform that sells kids' ministry resources to churches, schools, homeschools and families. Live in 12 weeks; $1M+ annual revenue today.

Problem
A one-sentence brief (courses, books and products, with e-learning “like Coursera and Udemy”) and no documentation or plan.
Decision
Three ways to buy on one platform: a subscription library, courses (in the library or sold separately) and physical goods as single purchases.
Trade-off
A more complex checkout and access rules (one cart for all three, courses unlocked by subscription or by purchase), and shipping alongside instant digital delivery.

Yes. I formally led a team of 6 across product and e-commerce squads at BYSL Global Technology Group, and I lead a team of 4–5 at Boomdevs today.

Yes. On LeanDeck I scoped generative AI to proposal and agreement drafting, kept invoicing on fixed rules, wrote and tested the prompts and defined how AI output is evaluated. On Varsee I designed AI that works beside the salesperson, reading intent and suggesting products mid-call. On SportsOnTV, AI-written sports summaries power the site's search traffic.
