Can you lead a team?

Yes. I formally led a team of 6 at BYSL Global Technology Group, and I lead a team of 4–5 at Boomdevs today.

How do you work with engineering?

Closely. I write acceptance criteria with engineering leads; at BYSL that cut handoff revision rounds from 3 to 1. My engineering degree and working knowledge of HTML, CSS and React help me scope realistically.

Do you still design?

Yes, when it gets to an answer faster: journey maps, prototypes, usability tests. Design is how I test an idea before the team spends weeks building it.

Where are you based?

I'm based in Dhaka (UTC+6). I worked remotely for Argiweb in the Netherlands, and today I work with clients in the US, UK and Thailand.
